Shop Policies
Shipping
We offer reliable shipping across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Plants are shipped with extra care in specialized packaging to ensure they arrive healthy and vibrant at your doorstep.
Returns
Unused pet supplies can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that natural treats cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety standards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Plant Guarantee
We pride ourselves on the quality of our greenery. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 14 days, we will replace it free of charge. Our goal is to ensure your home remains a safe and beautiful space for both you and your pets.
Dog Walking Policies

Booking & Scheduling
Walks must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. We offer recurring weekly slots or flexible ad-hoc sessions tailored to your dog's routine.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled within this window are subject to a 50% charge to compensate our dedicated walkers.

Safety & Emergency
All dogs must be microchipped and up to date with vaccinations. In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and follow your pet's vet protocol.

Equipment & Keys
Owners must provide a secure harness and lead. For home visits, keys are kept in a secure, unidentifiable safe box when not in use during the service.
